This Hot Springs luxury waterfront condo is located off Thornton Ferry Road
and 270 West 7miles from the Brady Mountain One Stop, meeting location
for many of the
Lake
Ouachita fishing guides, with two bedrooms and two baths
upstairs and a living room, kitchen, dining, laundry, and half bath
downstairs.
This family-owned unit offers a fishing pier, boardwalk, and seasonal boat
dock. (April - October) It has a magnificent view of the lake. The condo is
conveniently located near Lake Ouachita and only minutes from Historic
Downtown Hot Springs Bath House Row, several shopping malls numerous golf
courses, and stables which offer horseback riding. If you have an
adventuresome family, excitement is the key word at Magic Springs theme park
and Crystal Falls water park. Play in interactive wonder in the Mid-America
Science Museum. As you drive through the Hot Springs National Park, be sure
to see the mountains in full panorama from the Hot Springs Mountain Tower or
take the whole family digging for treasures in a quartz crystal mine. Our
new botanical wonder, Garvan Woodland Gardens offers year-round natural
beauty, while the pounding action of thoroughbred horse racing at Oaklawn
Park attracts visitors from all over the world. Located on Lake Hamilton within 15 minutes to Lake Ouachita, check out the thrill of Striped Bass

The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, TV/DVD and private bath with a
lakeview balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV/DVD and
private bath.
The large living area features a fireplace, leather couch, love sofa, chair,
TV/DVD and a porch within steps to Lake Hamilton. The porch has seating for
four and a gas grill. The dining area seats six with a bar that seats three.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee maker,
dishes, cooking supplies, and a stack washer/dryer unit. Located off the
kitchen is a half bath.
This condo provides an excellent atmosphere for vacationing, and makes for a
great family getaway.
